The latest Kidsafe WA Childhood Injury Bulletins produced with the support of the WA Department of Health are now available. Kidsafe WA has developed three new bulletins that provide a five-year summary of presentations to Perth Children’s Hospital Emergency Department and details a specific injury topic.

The latest topics include Falls, Blunt Force Injuries and Severe Injuries. Each bulletin provides a snapshot of each injury topic, childhood injury statistics and preventative measures that can be put in place to reduce the prevalence of these injuries.

Each year Kidsafe WA produces bulletins that focus on a specific injury topic. Over the last year Kidsafe WA has also covered topics on Intentional Injuries, Small-Wheeled Devices and Pedestrian-related injury.
